The location is marvellous and fab, very close to town hall. Make sure you stay in the superior room with the view of the city.

The hotel's position was good, close to SkyTower. For short-orders there was Federal Delicatessen, we found it close by.

The location was a bit out of the way.

The location was magnificent and peaceful, to many eateries nearby with easy access to the main shopping center and a shopping street. I often went to Federal Delicatessen to pick up some food. The room was stylish with nice interior and a luxurious bathroom.

One of the advantages - a nice size rooms; they included a bath tub and a shower. The service was VERY GOOD during all my brilliant stay.

Our city break hotel had great amenities and was perfectly situated. the gym was fully equipped and we enjoyed the sauna. the pool was a great bonus too. We found our room spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view. We particularly appreciated the friendly service we received from the staff.

The gym could get crowded at peak times and the free weights area was too small. although our room was quiet, the hotel's café was too pricey and the selection too limited.

Hotel was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

location: the hotel was adjacent to the breakfast room-called the bistro cafe in the evening, shops and restaurants, and the tourist sites of the city. the place had a chic atmosphere.

The location to great cafes was good and fab for everything that I needed. The superior room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was nice looking and top quality for 2 double bed.

Good value compared to other places, had an excellent stay for 4 nights. Everything was great, outstandingly accommodating staff, perfect views over the bay. The restaurant was good for our last dinner, I tried tasty dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they assisted us with luggage. The location was great and easy, close to a vast public plaza. Besides, we were next door to pubs and brasseries.

Property was lovely modern and good standard, we appreciated this place.

Travelled with my partner, spent 2 nights here and had a really really nice stay. The location for Auckland was particularly good and perfect, short walk to other cafes and restaurants and evrything including buses and trains. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

Its location was ideal, near Aotea Centre and Civic theatre, Sky Tower, restaurants, ships, Queen Street and the Japanese restaurant in front of 2 rooms. The breakfast was great value for money and extensive with all the usual options, the best I had in Auckland. The pool was lovely and I had soft drinks in the poolside bar.

Ideal location on an early morning flight with staff willing to assist with early book-in.

It is set in a lovely area, walking distance to a theatre and a gallery.

Lovely and amazing place to visit, excellent views over the bay. Excellent breakfasts and well presented food available. Heated pool, fabulous and absolutely charming staff who consistently provided high standards of customer service. Awesome and brilliant location in a lovely area walking distance to office buildings and banks. Quick check-in, parking nearby. Not to mention great wifi!
